Under the supervision of the Executive Director and based in Kampala, Uganda, the Senior Programs & Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with Latek Social Entrepreneur members to ensure the effective implementation and success of the social enterprise model. This role places a strong emphasis on achieving community impact and prioritizing set KPIs.

Spearhead program development by ensuring the creation of high-quality management tools and documents focused on viability, SMART goals, continuous quality improvement, and achieving KPIs with a business-oriented mindset.
Provide risk management and business development support, including market research, R&D, business planning, training, and one-on-one coaching or mentorship for Latek members.
Operationalisation and continuous execution improvement of internal process and systems including periodic reporting coordination.
Oversee the preparation, quality assurance, and management of MOUs and contracts with implementing partners.
Strongly support program and non-program process optimization
Provide comprehensive support to Latek’s Monitoring and Evaluation activities, including collaborative program cycle evaluations and documentation with all stakeholders.
Risk management by supporting strategic decision-making, process and non-process optimization
Provide hands-on support for the day-to-day operational management of a designated program as needed, ensuring seamless execution from time to time.
