I am a Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree holder in Gender and Development Studies from Kenyatta University. I have gained valuable career experience and technical trainings in OVC and HIV/AIDS programming. I have worked for Child-focused organizations, Urban Refugees and Street girls’ Project for the last six years whose strategic interventions aim at improving child welfare and protection through household economic strengthening, capacity building and systems strengthening for comprehensive health and social services. I am conversant with PEPFAR guidelines and minimum service standards for OVC Programming. I have gained valuable donor experiences with PEPFAR – USAID/ AMPATH Uzima, Nuru Ya Mtoto, Boresha Jamii & MWENDO Project, CRS/ Missio Project and the Government of Kenya. I have demonstrated dynamic leadership of technical and field implementation teams of staff, interns, and community volunteers. I am an experienced Project Officer with an outgoing, dynamic personality that drives learning and innovation and committed to continuous performance improvement and accountability.
