Job Requirements

More than 3 year experience in business development or marketing or sales which related to artwork, fashion, lifestyle products, interior, cultural or creative product ; 
Minimum Qualification：Bachelor, major related to Marketing, art, design or BD;
Passionate about African culture/music/art/hand made products;
Good at communication and expression, honest and responsible;
Good product planning ability and project implementation ability;
Rigorous logical thinking, efficient execution ability;

Main duty :

According to our positioning, do the marketing research, invite more art or product design workshop/company or independent artist /designer join to our platform; 
Assist our partners to take good pictures of products, interview and tell the story from article and video;
Establish the partner database and management system( Profile, payment, delivery, contract, investigate their capabilities, confirm sample, quality control, etc;)
Cooperate with colleagues in the design department to produce product brochures;
Cooperate with colleagues on social media to promote products online, which requires exquisite product pictures and videos, as well as sales ideas
Participate in offline exhibitions, expand sales channels, and expand sales agents at Kenya and abroad，formulate sales agent policy；
Online activities, cooperate with the team, prepare special gift packages, such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, New Year, birthday gifts, etc.,
