We are looking for a Human Resource Executive, Uganda to oversee HR functions, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee orientation processes.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
Manage employee records, contracts and payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Implement HR best practices to promote a positive work environment.
Monitor staff performance, appraisals, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Provide HR reports and insights to the management for strategic decision-making.
