KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Install, configure, and test printers, copiers, and related devices at client sites.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and user training for clients.
Manage daily service calls and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Support junior technicians with mentoring and technical guidance.
Generate detailed service and diagnostic reports for analysis and client records.
Promote our brand by sharing customer success stories and service excellence on digital platforms.
Recommend equipment upgrades and advise clients on emerging technologies.
Monitor compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.


QUALIFICATIONS


Proven experience in printer/copier servicing or a similar technical role
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a teamFamiliarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
Organizational and time management skills.
