Job Requirements:


Master's degree in Public Healthcare Management/Administration, Business Administration, Gender Equality or related field. 
Prior experience in healthcare management, public health, or a related field is necessary. 
Strong leadership skills to motivate and supervise staff, and manage teams effectively. 
Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and present information clearly.
Understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
In-depth understanding of public health principles, disease prevention, health promotion, and relevant regulations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in healthcare management software, data analysis tools, and other relevant technologies.
Relevant certifications in healthcare management or public health can be beneficial.
