Job Responsibilities

Ensure all required quantities of products are distributed  in assigned retail outlet to eliminate and minimize  stock shortage.
Identifying potential new sales opportunities and then work to develop them into key accounts
Have an in-depth product knowledge and communicate the use of all product in the most professional way to customers.
Collate records of outlet sales ,basic analysis of competitors brand and report the feedback to company on a daily basis.
Complete smart phone&high-end model sales.
Follow up retial related business, including inventory coverage,DOS, SO and activation achievement;
Make effective retail policies,follow up the action of the retail policy,finish retail report;
Retail team management&shop management&Shop visit;
Retail project management:Digital sales system&App application, the construction of itel home shop;
Collect questions and feedback needs, market situation;
Collect information about competing products and fight against competing products;
Team KPI & Team rebate;
Assist the trainer to finish the training work;
