The Local Engineers will play a crucial role in providing engineering expertise and support throughout the lifecycle of the organic fertilizer production plant project. Working under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers, the Local Engineers will contribute to the design, construction, installation, and commissioning of the facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Responsibilities:


Assist in conducting feasibility studies, site assessments, and environmental impact assessments.
Provide input to the design and engineering of the organic fertilizer production plant, including process flow diagrams, equipment layouts, and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure that the design complies with local regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
Supervise and monitor construction activities, ensuring that work is performed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that construction meets the required standards.
Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
Resolve technical issues and provide on-site support to the construction team.
Provide technical support for the operation and maintenance of the organic fertilizer production plant.
Assist in optimizing plant performance, improving efficiency, and reducing operating costs.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of changes.
