Purpose
• To design innovative, functional and sustainable architectural solutions that meet client needs and project requirements while collaborating with teams to ensure successful project execution
Key Responsibilities
• Develop architectural concepts aligned with client briefs • Create sketches and designs balancing aesthetics, functionality and sustainability. • Use software (e.g. sketch up, 3D Max) for 3D models and renderings • Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture • Experience in interior/exterior design • Proficiency in design software (sketch up, 3D Max, AutoCAD, Revit) • Strong portfolio, creativity and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
