Operational Delivery


Ensure that corrective and preventative maintenance of broadcast systems and equipment is carried out under supervisory guidance of the line Manager.
Ensure availability of technical support to the business.
Ensure that proper technical maintenance on OB units is carried out regularly.
Ensure that technical or operational equipments are in proper working order.
Ensure that feedback is provided to Engineers and Unit Supervisor regarding availability and readiness of Operational equipment’s after the maintenance and repairs.


Compliance


Operate within a given budget to determine and ensure that the financial requirements can be met.
Perform in accordance with the business processes and policies.
Participate in learning and development activities to ensure adherence to the requirements of the division.


Qualification:


Grade 12 matric certificate.
NQF Level 4 Qualification.


Experience


Previous in-Service training in an Engineering or broadcast environment.
A minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a technician.
Live broadcasting knowledge.
Computer literate.
