Key Responsibilities

B2C Product Strategy & Revenue Growth


Define and drive the roadmap for new product development, aligned with Moringa’s strategic growth goals.
Launch new market-responsive learning products and services that meet real-world needs and unlock new revenue streams.
Make strategic decisions regarding curriculum licensing or in-house curriculum development
In collaboration with Marketing, develop go-to-market strategies for B2C programs - for both entry-level and working professional upskilling


Corporate Client Product Strategy & Revenue Growth


Work closely with the Corporate Training team to understand client needs, co-develop client solutions, attend client meetings, and translate business needs into learning products.
Act as a trusted consultant to corporate partners, especially in areas of AI, data, and digital transformation.
Champion a customer-first approach—ensuring product-market fit and measurable ROI for both clients and learners.


Eco-system Relations and Thought Leadership


Own industry relations (Technical Advisory Committee, Industry Panels, informal conversations) to ensure our product offerings are always industry aligned.
Own the strategic relationship with external curriculum providers
Engage in C-level conversations with other partners and government to develop skilling solutions
Serve as a public ambassador for Moringa—speaking at conferences, writing thought pieces, and representing the company in national and global conversations on the role of technology skilling in the future of work.
Generate awareness and excitement around Moringa’s product offerings among partners, employers, and the broader ecosystem.


AI & Internal Innovation


Bring strong expertise in AI and its implications for organizations; stay current on trends and tools.
Working with the internal Technology team, recommend and help implement AI-driven improvements across Moringa’s internal operations—especially in curriculum development, classroom learning, marketing, and enrollment


Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence


Build and mentor a high-performing curriculum design team that embodies innovation, curiosity, and customer obsession.
Build and mentor a high-performing classroom delivery team
Partner closely with Marketing and Enrollment, Corporate Training, Technology and other departments to ensure strong alignment and delivery across the product lifecycle.
Drive commercial outcomes through strong cross-functional collaboration and shared accountability.


Qualifications & Experience


A passion for talent development and a strong belief in Moringa’s mission
15+ years of experience in a technology/product leadership role in a business organization
Tertiary educational qualifications in a technology or data field
Deep knowledge across varied tech and data domains and their workplace applications.
Fluency in AI (building and consuming) and an interest in other frontier technologies
Tech education/curriculum design experience is highly advantageous but not essential
Excellent commercial acumen and prior experience applying technical knowledge for commercial outcomes
High level of comfort engaging with C-suite executives and acting in a consultative capacity.
Passion for outstanding customer outcomes through excellent product development and service delivery
A commitment to continual learning
A proven ability to think strategically while also being a hands-on builder. You move easily between the big picture and the details
Excellent communication, influencing, and public speaking skills.
Strong existing relationships in the Kenyan technology ecosystem are highly desired
Pan-African experience is an advantage
