We are currently seeking a skilled Operations/Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics & operations department and also, contribute to our success.

Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels of vehicles, parts, and accessories.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and parts.
Manage the receipt, inspection, and distribution of incoming vehicles and parts; oversee the shipping process for outgoing products.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet dealership goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers; negotiate contracts and terms.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all logistics-related documentation, including shipping manifests, delivery receipts, and inventory records.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of logistics, operations and warehouse staff; ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure customer orders and deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all logistics activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


5 years+ experience as an Operations or Logistics Manager or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management (preferred).
Relevant certifications or training in automotive quality control.
Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and quality control standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
