Job Description


We are looking for a Senior Change Manager with deep expertise in transformation and digitisation to join us on a contract basis. This role will support the HR team as they navigate a high-impact organisational change journey, embedding new ways of working that leverage AI and modern digital platforms.
The successful candidate will ensure smooth adoption, engagement, and alignment across the team while driving forward key transformation outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


Guide and support stakeholders through transformation and digitisation initiatives, ensuring readiness and adoption.
Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, and change roadmaps.
Translate complex digital and AI-related programmes into clear and actionable change journeys.
Develop and implement training, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics.


What We’re Looking For


Proven senior-level experience in change management for large-scale transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and support HR leaders.
Familiarity with AI and modern platforms (experience with Microsoft Fabric is highly advantageous).
Track record of enabling adoption and cultural alignment during digital transformation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
