Key Responsibilities
• Teach and supervise students of undergraduate and postgraduate levels • Conduct advanced research and publish in reputable journals • Participate in departmental administration and academic planning • Provide mentorship to junior faculty and staff • Lead academic programs and contribute to policy development
Qualification Required & Experience
• A PhD in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health or a related field • A recognized professional nursing/midwifery license from a regulatory body • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of teaching and research experience in higher education. • Evidence of substantial publications in peer-reviewed journals in the relevant field • Experience in mentoring postgraduate students and supervising research projects • Proven track record of academic leadership and participation in curriculum development
