Overall Purpose:  


Zutari Tshwane / Cape Town is currently looking for a Contracts Engineer (contracts specialist) to join their team, responsible for contracts management within the projects environment, with a special focus on SANRAL Projects.  


Minimum Requirements:


BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering  
Pr. Eng Registration with ECSA
Pr CPM Registration with SACPCMP will be an advantage
Minimum 10 years working experience in Contract administration as “Employer’s Agent”, “Engineer”, Principal Agent” or similar
Experience as Contract Engineer on SANRAL projects is non-negotiable
Thorough working knowledge of Conditions of Contract (FIDIC 1999, NEC 3/4, GCC 2010/2015 and JBCC) 
Thorough working knowledge of specifications and Bill of Quantities (COLTO / COTO, SANS 1200, project specific etc.) 
Proficient Microsoft Office skills required
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Excellent client relation skills


In addition to the above, the Applicant is required to submit his experience on three of his most recent projects (
