Baccalaureate Consult is a leading travel agency seeking an experienced and versatile HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our staff, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, staff welfare, disciplinary actions, and performance management
Collate and analyze staff sales reports, identifying areas for improvement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records, including personal details
Foster a positive and supportive work environment, focusing on staff wellness and well-being
Develop and implement staff training and development programs
Assist with sales, customer service, operations, and logistics as needed
Support financial and accounting tasks, including budgeting and forecasting
Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with suppliers and partners

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Nigerian labor laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Must be 35 years and above
Experience in IELTS (International English Language Testing System) administration or training is a plus (not mandatory but advantageous)
