About you
The HN Representative will:
Compliance:

Ensure that all business is conform to the WHO code and local government regulations as for infant formulas
Ensure the ELN policies are respected.

Drive engagement / ethical marketing with HCPs:

Periodically visit a defined list of HCPs in line with territory plan to establish strong relations and become preferred brand with HCP’s.
Organize the presence of our brands in public and private healthcare institutions according to local regulations

Area Management:

Identify business opportunities within respective area and propose business initiatives to reach objectives
Understand competitive activities and recommend actions to counter-act these to help protect our market positions

Intelligence and Insights Gathering:

Identify changes and trends in HCP decision-making, needs and concerns
Collect intelligence on the HCP Universe and identify new contacts

The HN Representative should have:

Aptitudes: Sales competencies, communication skills, ability to work in autonomy and within a team, organizational skills, basics knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
Education: University degree or  least 2 years training in Science (Biology, Agro-food, Nutrition)
