Phoenix Home Care Agency is seeking to recruit Registered Nurse
Job Description:
• Assisting Physicians with procedures and examinations • Conducting interviews to collect patient medical history and symptom information • Administering medications, IVs and other treatment • Assessing patient vital signs • Contacting patients regarding tests or upcoming appointments • Educating patients on medical conditions and preventative care • Coordinating care with multiple Physician specialists and other medical providers • Updating patient medical records • Assisting with daily activities to ensure comfort and wellbeing
Qualification Required & Experience
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Diploma or degree in Nursing. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks. • Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Salary - Negotiable
