The position exists to provide support to the section on matters of monitoring and evaluation of Uganda Railways          Corporation (URC).

Assists in conducting social economic evaluation research for URC in comparison to the different modes of transport;
Conducts relevant qualitative research in line with the URC’s Client charter and service delivery standards;
Participates in preparation of Mid-term and Annual sub-Sector review events;
Supports the design and implementation of baseline and other surveys according to approved work plans.
