Job Summary:

Home Key Global Investment Ltd is seeking a diligent and experienced Procurement/Audit Officer with a strong background in real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities and conducting audits to ensure compliance and efficiency in our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Duties:


Source and manage vendors for real estate materials, equipment, and services.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of quality supplies within budget.
Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and real estate industry standards.
Collaborate with project and site managers to meet procurement needs.


Audit Duties:


Conduct regular audits on procurement and operational processes.
Identify risks, irregularities, and non-compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Analyze financial data related to property acquisition, construction, and leasing.
Provide detailed audit reports and recommend improvements to internal controls.
Support in budget reviews and cost monitoring for real estate projects.


Requirements:


BSc/HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of procurement and audit best practices.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
