Your mission:


Ensure a safe and healthy work environment through compliance with legal regulations and mill procedure (e.g., OHS Act, ISO systems)
Support the planning department to comply in all respects with the relevant regulations by implementing the necessary control measures
Management of individual development plan
Personal development plan in place
Performance management as per KPIs
Development SAP plan and the detail level schedules on Primavera and MS Projects
Proactively obtain progress updates from construction personnel
Field validation of construction progress
Compile progress tracking reports
Flag schedule risks to management
Adhere to the standard planning and scheduling methodology that applied across the mill
Identify mitigations for planning and scheduling risks


Your profile:


National Diploma in Engineering or Project Management
Minimum N5 in Engineering and a recognised trade qualification
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling role
Proven experience in maintenance and shutdown planning and scheduling in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Experience in SAP as a CMMS platform
Experience in scheduling via Primavera and MS Projects
