Job Summary
• We are seeking 2(two) detail-oriented and proactive Admin Purchasing Specialists to support our growing administrative and procurement operations. • These roles will play a critical part in sourcing materials and equipment, managing supplier relations, supporting internal departments, and ensuring efficient procurement and delivery systems. • The ideal candidates must have strong organizational skills, be responsive to internal purchasing needs, and uphold procurement compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Source vendors and request quotations for materials, equipment, or services • Compare prices, specifications, and delivery timelines to select optimal offers • Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and requisitions • Track orders to ensure timely delivery and address discrepancies promptly • Maintain strong, professional relationships with local and international suppliers • Monitor and document supplier performance, pricing, and contract terms • Resolve delivery issues, quality complaints, and supplier disputes when necessary • Coordinate with storekeepers and warehouse staff to verify goods received • Assist in monitoring stock levels and generate purchase requests for replenishment • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including POs, invoices, and contracts • Handle administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and archiving documents • Ensure procurement activities stay within allocated budgets and provide periodic updates to management • Liaise with all relevant departments to identify purchasing needs and specifications • Facilitate the internal approval process for purchase requests and vendor engagements • Ensure all procurement processes comply with internal control policies and applicable regulations • Promote adherence to ethical and transparent procurement standards
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Procurement is a plus • At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in procurement roles within a manufacturing environment. • Familiarity with purchasing practices and vendor negotiation • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems • High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and communicate effectively • Strong team spirit and accountability.
