Monitor water quality parameters of the hatchery, lake, and effluent water, and collect samples for subsequent laboratory analysis.
Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of water quality equipment.
Analyse, interpret and report water quality data with rigorous attention to accuracy.
Identify potential water quality issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Identify seasonal variations in environmental factors and develop an early warning system in liaison with production for better planning.
Provide support for research activities as stipulated by the ongoing research project.
Perform routine housekeeping of the laboratory to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Undertake any other duties assigned by the Laboratory Team Lead to support the team’s goals.
