Job Description

Supervise the activities of the sales team in your Agency including marketing activities like product activation.
Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 4 competent Unit Managers.
Ensure your Unit Managers attain their 15 Marketers target respectively.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and other sales tools.
Assist team members maintain contact with clients and close deals.
Work with the Regional Manager to achieve sales target.
Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plans required to build brand visibility to ensure the Agency achieve it set target.
Serve as a point of reference to employees in terms of showing great work ethics, habits, personal and professional character.
Possess deep knowledge of product offering and value proposition.
Develop and maintain accurate record of teams prospects, lead, sales activities and active clientele base.
Attend tradeshows with team and other marketing events and represent the organization.
Evaluate performance of team and seek ways to improve team’s performance.
Identify trends in the market, both current and future that are likely to affect the performance of the organization.
Ensure monthly target for team is met and exceeded.
Make sales.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification with 5 - 7 years experience.
