This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for an Estimation/Tender Engineer in Mechanical & Plumbing. The Estimation/Tender Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, reviewing project specifications, and creating tender documents. Daily tasks include analyzing project requirements, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Additionally, the role involves inspecting project sites, maintaining records, and providing technical support.

Qualifications


Mechanical Engineering.
Plumbing and HVAC knowledge.
Experience with Estimation and Budgeting of Mechanical and Plumbing items.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in the MEP industry is a plus
Knowledge of Fire fighting items, plumbing items, HVAC items.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
