We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated, technically experienced, and competent persons, with zeal to perform beyond expectations and excited to Join a 30 years leading steel manufacturer as an Assistant Outlet Manager.

Monitoring the set targets and working to achieve the goals.
Authorizing cash sales orders compared and checked against the cash receipts.
Ensure that customers are served efficiently and accurately.
Ensure that goods are arranged well and labeled according to their sizes.
Follow up on all customer requirements that they are fully satisfied.
Arranging weekly meetings with sales executives and dispatch officers.
Assist Manager in ensuring daily physical stock checking and confirming with SAP Balances.
Monitoring daily sold items and planning for replenishment.
Authorizing cheque sales order and check with the customer’s credit limit. Requires prior approval from Group CFO through the HOD.
Budgetary planning and management for outlet resources.
Daily reconciling of physical cash and stock (in absence of Manager)
Maintaining statistical information on sales and prevailing prices.
Monitoring, control over manpower and all operations in manager’s absence.
Developing a customer base with good customer care by ensuring timely loading.
Manage and control outlet security.
Staff observance of internal controls, regulations and rules.
Stakeholder engagement in the local area.
Ensuring statutory compliance e.g. permits, licenses etc.
Housekeeping and hygiene as per minimum company standards.
Marketing and selling in the most profitable way.
