ALLSWELL PREMIER SCHOOL (ALPS), is a reputable private basic school located at Savannah Road, PS Global Northern Gate 1, opposite the Coy Paediatric Hospital, New Dawhenya, Tema, Ghana. ALPS seeks to recruit professional teachers for Pre-school to the Lower Primary.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS: Preschool (Creche, Nursery, Kindergarten) and Primary Basic Teachers.
Qualification Required & Experience
REQUIREMENTS:
• Professional teachers with Bachelor's degree in Education or Post-Secondary Cert ‘A’ with at least 2 years of teaching experience. • Diploma in Basic Education or related programme • Post Graduate Diploma (Education) • Diploma with relevant experience in Early Childhood Education. Knowledge in Montessori modules will be an added advantage, par cularly for Pre-school teachers. • Ability to manage the behaviour of Learners, particularly in a school setting • Ability to create, engage, modulate and implement curriculum-based Lesson plans and activities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for teaching, learning and a Team player.
Assistant teachers would be required to support Class Teachers in a way that enables them focus on academic work and other co-curricular activities. Assistant teachers must be knowledgeable in Early childhood courses, with a minimum of 2 years work experience as a teaching assistant and/or child care giver.
