The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced English or French Language Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging language instruction to our diverse clientele, empowering them to achieve proficiency and fluency.

Key Responsibilities


Design and deliver tailored, interactive language lessons and learning materials for various proficiency levels.
Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
Integrate modern teaching methodologies, technology, and multimedia resources to create an immersive learning experience.
Collaborate with the team to develop customized language programs based on client needs.


Qualifications & Skills


Native or near-native proficiency in English or French.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Linguistics, Education, Languages) and proven experience teaching the respective language to adults, preferably in a professional setting.
Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA for English; DELF, DALF for French) are a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of language acquisition theories and modern pedagogical approaches.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with technology-enhanced learning tools and the ability to foster an inclusive, engaging classroom environment.
