Provide information regarding medical care, follow up and interventions.
Provide support to medical staff for seamless home-care delivery.
Perform administrative and official duties.
Coordinate safe, efficient and timely delivery of home-based medical care and hospital consults where relevant.
Ensure compliance with hospital and legal requirements
Verify insurance information of patients and confirm payments are done.
Maintain a healthy and cooperative environment with both patients, staff and relatives.
Make reports and database of patients, inventory and other relevant information

Qualifications & Requirements

KRCHN
BScN added advantage
Held leadership roles for at least 3 years
Work experience of 7 years in an acute care hospital

Essential Skills and Proficiencies

Knowledge of various clinical techniques, diseases, medical terminologies and other medical functions
Experience in handling medical and administrative duties with minimal supervision.
Ability to understand and respond to urgent and emergent issues.
Ability to perform duties with optimum utilization of resources.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent listening skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to counsel patients and relatives of all ages
Knowledge of latest trends in healthcare
Well organized, detail-oriented and confident personality
Strong Interpersonal and time management skills
Competency in MS Office
