Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Officer at UPDC FM Ltd. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes handling customer inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and providing technical support when needed. The role also involves liaising with other internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain a high level of customer service.

First degree in Mass communication or any related field
Minimum of 2 years experience
