Qualification and Competence Required:


Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Clinical medicine & Surgery.
3 years of working experience.
Experience in management of health staff in a healthy facility.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills and integrity.
Excellent oral & written communication skills.
