SR Afro Chicks & Breeders Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive the sales and distribution of our organic fertilizer products throughout Uganda. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the agricultural sector, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets;
Identify and target key customer segments, including smallholder farmers, commercial farms, and agricultural cooperatives.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the organic fertilizer market.
Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales and providing regular reports to management.
