Job Description

We are looking for an individual with a high level of computer/numerical skills, who can work under pressure and deliver result within tight schedule. He/She must have a good knowledge of import and export operations and a good understanding of customs and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

Open Insurance cover for all imports during import Trade applications.
Establish Form M on the trade portal for all imports.
Establish SON permit for imports.
Prepare Import Exchange Control Documents (ECDs)
Upload Import documentations to LFTZ Portals
Analyse and present data to management for decision making.
Prepare LFTZ export Documents
Raise insurance from insurance portal.
Keep records of transactions in repository.
Upload Import documents to Supply Chain Cloud
Maintain updated records on import and other important documents

Qualifications

B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or any other relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG.
Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages – MS Word, MS Excel.
