Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative operations, or executive assistance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and document management systems.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


Job description:


Follow up on reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the Managing Director (MD)
Coordinate and prepare meetings for the MD.
Attend meetings and prepare accurate minutes.
Track timelines and deadlines for both Regional and Kenyan projects.
Act as a liaison between the Project Managers, Country Managers and the MD.
Follow up on any administrative projects for the MD.
Ensure project invoices are done and subsequent payments received from the respective Projects
