Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Master's Degree is an advantage) • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development/marketing, ideally within education, training or capacity building • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques • Leadership experience managing small teams • A track record of achieving/exceeding targets • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
