Key Responsibilities:


IT technical support (help desk, desktop, email and webservices, etc.)
Maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and hardware.
Updates: software updates, antivirus protection, and data backups.
Installation and maintenance of CCTV system.
Development, customize and support responsive WordPress websites and optimization.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and content teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Maintain documentation and inventory of IT assets 


Requirements:


Strong proficiency in operating systems and basic networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi configurations).
Experience using remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with support ticketing and tracking systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
Competence in hardware troubleshooting and proven experience as a WordPress Developer, Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
Strong understanding of PHP and WordPress architecture and coding standards.
Knowledge of website optimization and SEO best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
