Due to expansion and diversification of their business model, they urgently require the services of self-motivated and experienced professionals to fill several key positions.

Responsibilities


Performs high level clerical functions
Provides administrative and documentation support to the MD/CEO
Oversees effective management and handling of all external correspondence and communications
Plans programs, appointments and logistics of the MD/CEO
Managing meetings, programs and setting agenda for the EXCO
With HR, plan and conduct new employee orientation and all on-boarding activities
Archiving and effective retrieval of sensitive documents


Qualifications


HND/B.Sc/B.A in Office Technology and Management, Secretarial Studies, Library Science or any similar course
Candidate must have worked or is currently working in a reputable company as an experienced Secretary
A minimum of 10years in a similar position.
Applicants must be very hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity
They must be conversant with all confidentiality protocols
