Duties and Responsibilities

Undertake minor repairs
Monitor contractors doing work in the school
Check the state of all facilities on a daily basis.
Take periodic inventory of school properties
Write reports on maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with all maintenance protocols among staff and students

Education and Work Experience

Minimum of an HND in Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering or related courses
A minimum of 4 years work experience.

Skills and Competences:

Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a team
Ability to carry out basic repairs and maintenance

Key Performance Indicators:

Level of complaint on minor repairs
Percentage of spoilage and damages
Timeliness of reporting damages
Turnaround time on maintenance and repairs.
