QUALIFICATIONS:


Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an added advantage (preferably in fertilizer, chemical, or related industries).
Basic knowledge of production processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control standards.
Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Self-motivated and can work under minimal supervision
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
