Responsibilities: 


Collaborate with the Factory HR Manager to develop objectives and development goals that will create accountability and drive strong business results. 
Ensure complete compliance to the use of bio-metric machine as the sole source of attendance tracking 
Support management with coaching techniques for hourly employees. 
Provide expertise to Plant on performance management, and Resource planning 
Oversee employee relations and handle grievances
Ensure accurate and timely wages and payroll processing 
Oversee on-boarding and orientation programs
Support health and safety initiatives 


Requirements:


B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
5years of experience in a manufacturing factory/Plant
Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations 
Salary budget is N300,000 - 350,000 Net
