Spearhead district engagement with the district leadership for program priorities/ plans/activities.
Work with the locum technical manager, MEL manager and cluster teams in the development of weekly matrix activity plans.
Work with the cluster teams in timely reviews and approvals for customized concepts/budgets, individual reports and leave plans.
Work with Technical leads to ensure the... cluster teams support implementation of activities aligned to life saving priorities and participate in routine capacity building and review meetings.
Participate in aligning the cluster/on-site program team to the integration approach driven by the supported district leadership.
Provide guided support to districts in appropriate waste management, optimizing human and other resources.
Support the clusters in documentation of the best practices, success stories, abstracts for lifesaving services in the supported district/cluster.
Support cluster development and district accorded approvals of MOUs, district work plans and activity reports as per stipulated periods.
Spearhead district communications on skilling of district/site teams on priority HIV/TB lifesaving services.
Support cluster team performance management and leave management.

Work with the district/site team in planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting on prioritized lifesaving HIV/TB testing, Adult and Pediatric/Adolescent Care & Treatment and management services.
Work with the district/site teams to transition to pALD all eligible pediatrics at supported sites.
Work with the Community & PSS officers to coordinate skilling of Community Health Extension... Workers (CHEWs) in the prioritized district(s).
Work with locum Logistics & supply chain advisor to sustain life saving commodity availability within the supported district.
Contribute to documentation of the best practices, success stories, abstracts in the supported district/cluster.

Work with the locum Laboratory advisor to ensure effective coordination of the laboratory hub/sample transport network and optimal utilization of the GeneXpert, Truenat, CrP and POC/EID/VL and LIMs platforms for client sample/result management within supported district. more
