Key Responsibilities


Contractor & Consultant Management: Lead the hiring process, review contracts, ensure consultants meet expectations, and handle communication with contractors.
Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance.
Construction Oversight: Monitor progress, approve construction plans, and attend site meetings to ensure the project stays on... track.
Financial Management: Approve valuations, manage financial appraisals, and finalize payments.
Quality Control: Coordinate snag lists, handle documentation, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support your team to meet project goals, providing performance feedback and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Design Review: Ensure designs align with requirements, provide feedback, and oversee the implementation of approved designs.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in the construction industry, with strong emphasis on construction management in real estate development.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, documentation, and procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and follow up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management


Oversee the delivery of key services, including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, utilities (water and electricity), and security.
Implement operational procedures to ensure consistent service... delivery.
Manage and Coordinate maintenance schedules for infrastructure, facilities, utilities, and equipment.


Vendor and Contract Management


Monitor vendor performance and contracts.
Conduct regular audits of service providers to ensure standards are met.


Budget management


Prepare and manage the operational budget for services.
Track expenses and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Monitor service costs and recommend strategies for cost optimization.


Stakeholder Management


Team Leadership
Customer and stakeholder management regarding services


Risk Management


Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate service disruptions.


What We’re Looking For:


Minimum of 5 years expereince in services, facilities management, or a similar role.
Experience in real estate developments or large scale property management is an advantage.
Proven experience in service delivery, facilities, or operations management.
Strong leadership, vendor management, and customer service skills.
Expertise in budgeting and operational processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Candidate must have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
