Core Responsibilities
The intern may contribute to various team or project activities under the direction of their supervisor in the following ways:

Work with the Program Team, to create and implement campaigns across programme portfolio.
Drive visibility for DEV-AID on all its social media platforms
Draft social media posts for monthly social media... calendar
Schedule and post approved messages on campaign Instagram and Facebook accounts
Draft and send bimonthly social media toolkit
Conduct research for and contribute to internal monthly social media newsletter
Draft and submit ad hoc posts as requested
Assist with project-related administrative tasks, as needed, including but not limited to assisting with organizing and participating in team meetings and client calls (e.g., assisting with meeting preparation, taking meeting minutes, drafting post-meeting reports)
Support Program Team with live online events
Brainstorm and research ideas for original social media content, conduct social media marketing research.
Ensure brand message is consistent, develop new strategies for increasing engagement
Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for the organization’s products / materials and key dates.
Create engaging blog and social media contents and disseminate key information as requested.
Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas,
Assist in the general distribution of press releases and media alerts
Facilitate stakeholder’s engagements Support Program Team to proactively engage in outreach using relevant technology and innovative tools.
Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Educational Qualification & Skills

Preferably a Serving NYSC Corp member with bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field 1+ years’ experience in social media management, Excellent oral and written communication skills In-depth working knowledge of social media platforms. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google+ Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Creative mindset, Ability to multitask, Ability to work in a team, Prior experience with marketing or social media.

Core Responsibilities
Project Management:

Support the development of actionable workplans towards the strategic implementation of the project as required, collaborate with management to ensure compliance to workplan and project objectives.
Work closely with all staff and consultants in Nigeria, coordinating program information and data.
Oversee project... implementation and plan for special events that publicize the organization and its programs to across project targets/communities.
Ensure proper coordination of conferences, workshops, meetings, and other project activities.
Develop and Implement key programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
Manage rapid assessment visits to the sites selected for the IEC/BCC Campaign and monitor IEC/BCC Campaign activities using M&E checklist and data tools.
Provide timely monthly work-plan that shall be evaluated with the corresponding activities at the end of the relevant month.
Responsible for driving proposal development, report writing, and programme and tasks management 
Develop best practices to improve overall program performance

Resource Mobilization

Identify potential donors or sources of funding, and plan outreach strategies.
Take responsibility for fundraising, budgeting, research, and community outreach programs
Drive fundraising efforts developing grant applications or proposals to achieve the organization’s goals.
Build productive relationships with potential partners and organizations.

Communication/Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners that would help increase visibility for the organization and respond to media inquiries
Establish and Nurture good relationships with staff, members of the public, and the media
Support the communications team in developing and implementing a communications strategy designed to further project DEV-AID objectives
Manage effective communication with stakeholders and represent the organization at key meetings as assigned. Be the public face of the organization.
Provide guidance and maintain frequent communication with program partners.
A thorough eye for details to guide content for social media.

Documentation/Report Writing:

Write reports and analyses of programmatic activities,
Prepare meeting agenda, organize meetings, and distribute minutes.
Conduct program reviews and prepare reports for management
Support the development of regular and timely reports on project outcomes/deliverables for donors/management
Manage and monitor grants and prepare funding reports.

Administrative Duties:

Ensure that the DEV-AID operates based on its existing procedures and policies.
Ensure the monthly reporting on expenses and office budgets.
Provide training to relevant staff on DEV-AID systems and policies and ensure standards of transparency and accountability.
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Update office policies as needed
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Book meeting rooms as required
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Arrange travel and accommodations
Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Educational Qualification:

At least 4-5 years of experience in the NGO sector
Minimum of BSc in any relevant field of study
Female candidates' applications are at an advantage
Age between 25 - 30 years are encouraged to apply.
Lives within Garki-Apo Axis of the FCT
