Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Evaluate and process supplier invoices and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
Maintain and update procurement records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and easily... accessible.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and facilitate timely purchasing of required materials or services.
Conduct supplier negotiations to secure the best prices, terms, and quality of products and services.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or cost.
Assist in managing procurement budgets and controlling costs to ensure optimal spending.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Prepare and generate reports on procurement activities, transactions, and savings to support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement operations and improve efficiency.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in procurement, transaction management, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
