Currently we are looking for a smart, competent, ready to learn candidate who is willing to join our company and grow with us. 

Vast knowledge of the use of social media is an advantage.

Use of Microsoft word and... excel is also an advantage.

Your job descriptions will be to:


Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Manage social media accounts and respond to customers
Build sustainable relationships with your team member and line manager.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Update the sales sheet daily. 
Attend to walk in customers.
Applicants must reside in Ikeja and its environment.
Applicants should posses effective communication skills.
Abiility to multi task and work under pressure.

Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide... excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to your line manager3
