To support the development and design of IIDC and Partner measurement and monitoring approaches and frameworks, including appropriate indicators and measurement tools that are sufficiently aligned to intervention outcomes and impact.
Provide ongoing technical support to IIDC and partners in the roll out of the various monitoring and evaluation and learning processes including data collection,... data quality management, analysis and reporting (use of data).
Lead and oversee the operationalisation of the REAL Fathers Monitoring Information System (MIS) and ensure timely extraction, dissemination and use of high-quality evidence data to inform and improve programme implementation.
Support the maintenance and updating of data storage and retrieval systems for data associated with the Program MEL Plans and Annual Work Plans.
Support program learning and data utilisation events to ensure continuous improvement and capturing lessons for program adaptation.
Liaise with and support the work of IIDC work with research partners including Universities, practice-based researchers and other stakeholders including government officials in the efficient execution of the required programme measurement processes.
Provide regular technical advisory and accompaniment support to IIDC programme implementing partners in the areas of programme monitoring and impact measurement and documentation including in the following areas;
Development of sound of MEL frameworks, processes and tools for their programmes
Generation of reliable and high-quality programme monitoring and impact measurement evidence (baselines, midlines, endlines, RCTs)
Development and operationalisation of “Fit for Purpose” Monitoring Information Systems (MIS)
Use and application of Programme and other data for programme quality improvement.

It is against this background that IIDC seeks CVs from competent and experienced experts in social norms programming to join its work on a part-time basis. To design, test and roll out Social norms transformation approaches, technical packages and tools that can enable IIDC implementing partners to deliver impactful social norms transforming interventions.
To train and mentor implementing partner staff in social norms transformation implementation
To design and roll out measurement frameworks and tools for generating evidence on the impact of social norms interventions of implementing partners.
To collaborate with IIDC’s local and international technical experts in Social Norms in advancing IIDC work in social norms intervention design, research/evidence generation and adaptation of interventions for greater impact and results.
To contribute to the documentation and learning initiatives of IIDC in the areas of social norms programming and support the work of the East Africa Agency, Social and Gender Norms Learning Collaborative.
