Key Responsibilities


Patient Transportation: Safely transport patients to and from appointments, treatments, and procedures within the hospital or to external locations.
Staff Transportation: Transport hospital staff to and from various locations, including meetings, training sessions, and other work-related activities.
Equipment Transportation: Transport medical equipment, supplies, and... other materials as needed.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle checks, report any maintenance issues, and ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of patients, staff, and equipment during transportation, following all relevant hospital policies and procedures.
Compliance: Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies, including those related to transportation, safety, and patient confidentiality.


Requirements


Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a driver, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Licensure: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Skills: Excellent driving skills, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:


Commercial Driver's License
Defensive Driving Course: Completion of a defensive driving course or willingness to participate.
Experience with Medical Transportation: Experience transporting patients with medical conditions or equipment. more

Key Responsibilities


Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for women during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum
Conduct prenatal and postnatal examinations
Provide education and support to women and their families on pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting
Take/Assist with deliveries and perform midwifery procedures as needed
Collaborate with obstetricians and other... healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Stay current with evidence-based practice and professional development.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Midwifery or a related field
Current registration as a Registered Nurse Midwife with the relevant professional body
Minimum of 4years of work experience as a Registered Nurse Midwife
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
Resident in Ibadan(new ife road axis).
