We’re looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to lead daily execution while building the systems that power our growth. This role blends operational leadership with hands-on project execution. You’ll work across departments to drive efficiency, manage key initiatives, and support the leadership team with data and insight.

What You’ll Be Doing


Lead and coordinate day-to-day business operations across teams
Improve and document core processes to drive operational efficiency
Manage multiple projects across credit, training, recovery, off-take, and sales
Develop and maintain performance dashboards for tracking KPIs
Support sales and recovery operations with planning and coordination
Prepare and present data-driven business reports and strategy decks
Lead weekly operations reviews with the CEO and team leads
Drive execution of strategic initiatives from planning to delivery


What Success Looks Like (Within 6 Months)


Core operational processes are streamlined, documented, and consistently followed
Performance dashboards (e.g. sales, credit recovery, farmer training) are live and updated weekly
You’ve successfully managed multiple cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes
Multiple teams have clear coordination routines and performance feedback loops
Business reports and presentations are timely, data-driven, and actionable
You’re a trusted right hand to the CEO, leading ops reviews and driving accountability


Qualifications


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in operations management and program execution
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proven track record in project management
Experience with business reporting, dashboards (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI)
Familiarity with sales ops, credit systems, or logistics is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
Past experience with startups, consulting, social enterprise, or non-profits preferred

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resource Mobilization Officer located in Lagos.
The Resource Mobilization Officer will be responsible for identifying and securing funding opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with donors and partners, writing proposals and grant applications, and managing fundraising campaigns.
