Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Pacific Crest Property and Asset Limited (PCPAL) activities.
Lead the upscaling of the operational approach of PCPAL by taking all the steps to evolve one of the best global real estate development and management organizations. 
Source for new properties and facilities to increase the... portfolio of the organization.
Ensure the sustainability of all the existing properties in the organization’s portfolio through excellent service delivery to the building owners and occupants of various properties and facilities. 
Expand the portfolio base of the organization through new properties and facilities from the level at resumption progressively within two years.
Liaise with the occupants on matters concerning them and the building they occupy.
Contact the Tenants to collect rent and service charges (where necessary) as and when due.
Hold regular meetings with the occupants on the provision of services and improvement on the buildings and provide the appropriate report of such meetings.
Produce annual organizational and property management, budgets, narrative and financial reports.
Supervise the on-site workers and provide appropriate reports on their performance.
Ensure that all buildings and facilities in the organization’s portfolio are always well maintained and of the highest standard.
Liaise with vendors and other service providers on the behalf of the company in the procurement and execution of works.
Support and create a project costing template and software/application for the organization and lead on the costing of works from time to time.
Lead the exploration of new business units in Green Development and Infrastructure Delivery for the organization.
Execute any other assignments the organization may assign you from time to time.

Bachelor’s degree in Estate Surveying, Facility Management, Business Management, and related field. Master’s degree is also an added advantage.
5 years and above experience in property sourcing, facilities management, or related field.

Generate comprehensive reports and presentations showcasing project status, outcomes, and tangible impact, effectively communicating successes and areas for growth to both internal and external stakeholders, on six months basis.
Establishing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the progress and impact of projects, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure outcomes are achieved effectively and efficiently.
