Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and performance of retail IT systems (e.g., POS systems, self-service terminals). • Manage network infrastructure and ensure secure connectivity with the central betting platform. • Implement cybersecurity protocols and resolve IT incidents promptly. • Coordinate with vendors and negotiate service-level agreements for hardware and software support. • Lead and train retail IT support teams, ensuring top-notch service delivery. • Identify and implement process improvements, system upgrades, and innovative solutions. • Ensure compliance with data security and gaming industry regulations. • Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement and operations.
Qualification Required & Experience
